Laura & Roger – Cancun, Mexico

As most of you who follow my blog know (shame on you that don’t!) I was in Cancun, Mexico this past weekend for Laura & Roger’s wedding. The weather was fantastic, and even though it rained very briefly at the end of the ceremony, it made for some crazy cool skies. The wedding was at the Moon Palace Resort which is an insanely huge property but also very beautiful with great customer service.

Laura & Roger were so great to work with. They are such a gorgeous couple and they have amazing chemistry. Their families and friends were so welcoming and so much fun to hang out with. Thank you all so much for making our trip inredibly enjoyable.

I brought my good friend and fellow photographer, Ben Harrison down with me as my 2nd shooter. It was great to have him along because he’s such a great photographer too and he got some really great shots.

a couple of Ben’s shots of Laura. Absolutely gorgeous!

Leaving Cancun….

I’m packed, but I’m not ready to leave just yet. I’m so not ready for the cold weather again. It’ll be nice to see family and friends and of course my little puppy Stewie again, but part of me isn’t ready to give up this warm weather yet.

The wedding was great and I’ll be posting some photos later this week so check back again soon.

I just wanted to quick post some photos before I head out of my room to check out.

headed south!

Hey everyone, sorry it’s been so long since my last post. No excuses. I just wanted to let everyone know I’m leaving tomorrow morning to shoot Laura & Roger’s wedding in Cancun, Mexico. YAY!!!

I’m very excited, not only because it’s freezing here and it’ll be nice to get out of the cold, but because Laura & Roger are awesome and their families are awesome too! I’ve been looking forward to this wedding all year and I can’t wait to show off their images.

I’m taking with me my good friend and fellow photographer, Ben Harrison, as my second photographer and I know we’re going to have a great time. Check back soon for updates and images from our trip.
